Robert Dietz graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Radio-Television. After graduation, Robert worked in the A/V and technology field before coming to teach TV Production at Space Coast in 2016. Robert is certified in Avid Media Composer, Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2015 (ACA and ACE) and 2018, and Adobe After Effects CC 2018. When he isn’t learning more about video editing, Robert is working with Space Coast’s marching and concert bands, playing video games, or spending time with his wonderful wife.

Ms. Candace Harlan - Digital Design
Born and raised in Bremen, Kentucky, Ms. Harlan graduated from Saint Catharine College with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. Following graduation, she explored the business world by doing contract work at Fort Knox Army Base. After moving to Brevard County in 2016, she began her teaching and Community Coaching careers as a substitute teacher and JV Softball Coach within the County. Ms. Harlan took the plunge to be a full-time teacher in 2018 and is in her 3rd year of teaching.
When she is not working towards her teaching certificate and learning more about Adobe Software, Ms. Harlan is enjoying the sun on a beach or in her own backyard with her dog and flower garden. She enjoys working on DIY projects, as well as her Jeep, and visiting family and friends.

Job Duties and Accomplishments:
Teach Applied Engineering Technology, Career Wheel, and the STEM wheel.
Helped to develop the STEM wheel at SCHS to expose 8th grade students to a technical field. Students are given the opportunity to experience Drafting/Engineering a field that may seem very scary and that most would never try. This has been a wonderful feeder program for the Academies at Space Coast.

NASA HUNCH (High schools United with NASA to Create Hardware) - Space Coast is a Hunch school since last school year. Steam Academy and engineering students will create and problem solve a variety of items given to them directly from the astronauts’ needs on the International Space Station. Selected prototypes are fabricated by NASA and sent up to the International Space Station.
Mrs. Dana Michell - Food Services
Mrs. Michell graduated from the University of Central Florida and Nova Southeastern University with a degree in Psychology and Educational Technology.
She has been teaching for 19 years and has been awarded Employee of the Year.
Mrs. Michell is certified in Middle Grades Integrated Curriculum (Grades 5-9), Psychology (Grades 6-12), Reading Endorsement, Family and Consumer Science (Grades 6-12), Exceptional Student Education (Grades K-12), ESOL Endorsement.
She has been a part of the CTE program for 8 years, ESE for 19 years.
Mrs. Michell wants to see a growth in student achievement.
